WELCOME, I am So excited that you are here. I have always had a passion to support and empower others to be the best versions of themselves. I know not everyone has the support system or even the ability to believe they can achieve their dreams or goals. Well, BUCKLE UP!! Because I am here to tell you, YES, YOU CAN!! I will be your biggest fan and, when needed, your biggest critic to help you achieve your goals!

As a leader, I have experience in identifying an individual’s strengths and weaknesses and the emotional intelligence to be able to navigate conversations in a supportive and constructive manner to support personal and professional growth.

Professionally, I have an extensive background in managing enterprise implementations of healthcare policies and procedures in the areas of Nursing and Education. I have excelled in operationalizing and evaluating comprehensive teaching programs for specific learning environments.  I am a BIG THINKER, visionary nurse leader, and certified nurse executive. I establish rapport and engage people and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders supporting the JLH Enterprises Mission: To ensure that everyone has access to the support and encouragement they need and deserve to accomplish their personal and professional dreams and goals!
